Wood Galore!

I need to be completely honest with you.  I took a step back in my hoarding recovery process.  I went to an auction.  This wasn't one of those auctions where everything starts at $1000 dollars.  This was the fun kind.  Our local Ace Hardware Store had closed shopped and was getting rid of EVERYTHING.  Course, there's a side of me that feels horrible for the owner.  The other side of me is evil and wants to take advantage of that by buying great stuff at an even great price.  I was very restrained for the 1st two hours.  When I saw a pre-lit Christmas tree go for $9, I couldn't believe I hadn't raised my hand and bid.  BUT, I have a pre-lit tree that works just fine.  Good for me, right?!!  Till they got outside.  Wood.  Lots and lots of wood.  I left at this point cause I didn't have a phone and had no idea what time it was.  When I got home I couldn't stop thinking about all that wood.  SO, I turned around.  This time, I took my 8-yr-old son with me.  Lucky for me, they were still outside.  Again, I could not believe the things I passed up on.  Seriously.  FINALLY, I bid for 16 2x2 pickets (about 6 ft long).  I won at $5.  Yep.  I was thrilled.  I decided to stick around a while longer.  THEN.....THEN...there was a corner.....It was full of misc, leftover wood.  All kinds.  It measured about 7x20 feet.  I had to bid.  I just had to.  I won at $7.50.  Total spent with tax, $13.30.  Not bad.  Course, now the garage is back to a one car garage.  I'm sorry, Hubby!  I'll make you something real nice.
I even got some shelves.  Come on--it's exciting, right?!!  Now I need to get me some more tools so I can actually do something with all this wood.

It's sad when those small stores go out of business! That's a lot of wood! Do you have any ideas for it?
